    We are doing our best to cut down on unnecessary packaging, if you don't need your flowers wrapped in cellophane to hold water please opt out of an aqua pack. Your flowers will still be wrapped in recyclable gift wrapping but the stems will be left open.

    Celebrating the autumn seasonal with all the soft oranges, creams and reds nature has to offer, whilst also ensuring a long vase life by including flowers such as leucodendrum and nutens which are super long lasting. 

    Four sizes available Small, Medium, Large or Luxurious. All sizes are perfect bunches for gifts or for your own home. All bunches gift wrapped.

    As these are perishable goods we are only able to arrange for Local Delivery or Collection.

    Please use the calendar on this page to select your delivery date, and check that the delivery address is in one of below postcode areas.

    NE1, NE2, NE3, NE4, NE5, NE6, NE7, NE8, NE9, NE10, NE11 and NE12.

    - COLLECTION - opt to pick up from the shop, use the calendar to let us know which day you'd like to collect. Collect from 10am on the day.

     

     

     

    Refund Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at orders@theflowerfolk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Workshops

    Our floristry workshop cancellation policy is as follows:

    + 7 daysbefore the workshop date. Full refund or transfer onto a new workshop date2 - 6 days before the workshop date. 50% refund or 50% value of workshop transferred onto new workshop date.- 2days before the workshop date. No refund or transfer available.

    If you have booked a private workshop the full balance is due 7 days before the workshop takes place. If any guests cancel after this point no refund for cancelled places is available.
