Allow us to hand pick the very best the season has to offer for this years Valentine's Day. We will use a gorgeous mix of available flowers for an extra special bouquet, including reds and pinks. If you would rather no red or pink flowers then please opt for our usual 'seasonal bunch' product.
Four sizes available Small, Medium, Large and Lux. All sizes are perfect bunches for gifts or for your own home. All bunches gift wrapped. There is even the option to set up a subscription for a bunch of flowers every month from Valentine's Day onward, with a fresh delivery made on the 14th of each month for as long as you like.
We are trying our best to cut down on unnecessary packaging, so we now offer the choice to opt out of us providing an aqua-pack of water (which holds water around the stems using cellophane). If you don't need this then we can cut down on our cellophane use, which does not biodegrade. Your flowers will still be wrapped in recyclable gift wrap to protect the flower heads, but the bottom of the stems will be left unwrapped.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@theflowerfolk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Workshops
Our floristry workshop cancellation policy is as follows:
+ 7 daysbefore the workshop date. Full refund or transfer onto a new workshop date2 - 6 days before the workshop date. 50% refund or 50% value of workshop transferred onto new workshop date.- 2days before the workshop date. No refund or transfer available.
If you have booked a private workshop the full balance is due 7 days before the workshop takes place. If any guests cancel after this point no refund for cancelled places is available.
