Join us to plant up either a hanging basket, a window box or an outdoor pot (you choose!)
We will provide everything you need to make a beautiful outdoor summer container - choose from a variety of planters (including hanging baskets) and a variety of plants to create your own and pay for what you pick. All plants and pots will be very reasonably priced and you are free to pick as many plants as you wish to use.
This class involves us providing a short demonstration of how to plant up your vessel, with information on all the plants and how to care and look after your basket throughout the summer months to prolong flowering.
All materials will be provided but you will be charged for what you pick to use on the day to make your container/basket.
The price of the ticket is £5 to cover overheads and additional materials such as soil. All other plants and pots you choose must be paid for on the day. We will be running the class as a drop in throughout the day from 11.30am - 3.30pm so please turn up at any point throughout the day and give yourself around 30 - 45mins to choose and make up a pot basket or window box.
We advise wearing old clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@theflowerfolk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Workshops
Our floristry workshop cancellation policy is as follows:
+ 7 daysbefore the workshop date. Full refund or transfer onto a new workshop date2 - 6 days before the workshop date. 50% refund or 50% value of workshop transferred onto new workshop date.- 2days before the workshop date. No refund or transfer available.
If you have booked a private workshop the full balance is due 7 days before the workshop takes place. If any guests cancel after this point no refund for cancelled places is available.
