    We no longer offer nationwide delivery of our fresh flowers or plants.

    Product Details

    Perfect for those that want regular fresh flowers without the commitment of our weekly subscription! We will hand pick the very best the season has to offer for you every two weeks.

    When the local growing season starts in April we use the best quality flowers the north east has to offer.  These flowers will be supplemented with Dutch flowers when needed or when locally grown produce is in short supply/outside of the local growing season (April - September).

    our sizes available Small, Medium, Large and Luxurious and a 10% discount is automatically applied to all of our subscription bouquets.

    We like to ensure our subscription flowers are tailored to your needs so if you have any requests for certain flowers during the seasons please let us know. We will also happily write personalised gift messages each week or on special occasions to ensure the flowers are not the only reason to make someone smile.

    AQUA- PACK

    We are trying our best to cut down on unnecessary packaging including cellophane which doesn't bio-degrade. You can now choose to have your flowers without an aqua-pack (cellophane wrapped around the bottom of the stems which holds in water.) Your flowers will still be wrapped in recyclable gift wrap to protect the flower heads but the bottom of the stems will be left unwrapped. 

     

     

     

    Refund Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at orders@theflowerfolk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Workshops

    Our floristry workshop cancellation policy is as follows:

    + 7 daysbefore the workshop date. Full refund or transfer onto a new workshop date2 - 6 days before the workshop date. 50% refund or 50% value of workshop transferred onto new workshop date.- 2days before the workshop date. No refund or transfer available.

    If you have booked a private workshop the full balance is due 7 days before the workshop takes place. If any guests cancel after this point no refund for cancelled places is available.
