    Product Details

    This floristry class is designed to give you an understanding of basic floristry principles as well as a fun and informative hands on practical session which allows you to put these principles into practice. At the end you can take away your own beautiful vase arrangement made with seasonal flowers and foliage. 

    We will be working towards creating an all round arrangement that is designed to sit beautifully on a coffee or occasional table. 

    We will cover basics such as conditioning and how to look after cut flowers to prolong their life, how to select flowers and foliage (colours, shapes, textures), moving on to creating your own vase arrangement. 

    Included in the price of the workshop: 

    • All flowers and foliage
    • Vase
    • 10% discount in The Flower Folk shop on the day of the workshop.

    This class runs for roughly 1.5 -  2 hours. 

    NB. Due to covering costs of flowers and materials full refunds are only available if 7 days notice is given. 50% refunds given if less than 7 days up to 24 hours prior to event. 

     

    Refund Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at orders@theflowerfolk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Workshops

    Our floristry workshop cancellation policy is as follows:

    + 7 daysbefore the workshop date. Full refund or transfer onto a new workshop date2 - 6 days before the workshop date. 50% refund or 50% value of workshop transferred onto new workshop date.- 2days before the workshop date. No refund or transfer available.

    If you have booked a private workshop the full balance is due 7 days before the workshop takes place. If any guests cancel after this point no refund for cancelled places is available.
